New Project | Parkwood Estates!

We have gotten started on the dirtwork for a new home build in the Parkwood Estates Development near 85th and Western in Sioux Falls! This home will be very similar to our new build in Grand Prairie with its layout. This cottage style ranch home will be slightly bigger at 1900 sqft with a open floorplan and 12ft ceiling heights. It will also have a covered patio, a four stall garage, lots of stucco and stone work, barnwood and shiplap. It is going to be beautiful. And the best thing is... that it will be for sale!
